All items are store credit or exchange only. We are unable to offer refunds. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email email@example.com to initiate an exchange. Sale items are a final sale.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
